MONOCOQUE-DMT ™

Our Monocoque manufacturing and double mold DMT process is specifically designed to achieve complex geometries without excessive usage of carbon fiber and resins. Optimally positioned carbon fiber layering guarantees a solid uniform structure while eliminating excess resin and weak spots. Thanks to this technology we are able to create the most complex shapes without any of the inconveniences. Thanks to the DMT process we are able to provide you with a lightweight aerodynamic frame that is rock solid from back to front.

STIFF BRIDGE ™

Rigid and Lightweight are the keywords when it comes to our front forks.
Because of the standardized 1”1/8 pivot its almost protocol to work with an aggressive 90 degrees transition between the head tube and front fork. To compensate for de natural shapes of the fork tubes and to safeguard their rigidity, the fork tubes are reinforced. This manufacturing adds a lot of extra weight.
Our front forks equipped with the Stiff-Bridge technology are completely different. By using a continuous structure from the top to the bottom of the fork combined with a bridge shaped element, we are able to create a transition that not only looks beautiful but also enhances the rigidity. Thanks to this technology we can use longer fiber strands along the fork making a more solid one-piece fork which is also 100 grams lighter than other forks.

TWIN-FLEX II

Comfort and Performance
We launched Twin-Flex almost 8 years ago being our first major innovation. Copied so many times by other but they never came close due to constant improvements. The Twin Flex II rear fork performs even better. Thanks to our new structure the chains stays work more as a whole with the seat stay. The result is an increased absorption of shocks and bumps in the road. Also lateral and frontal forces are much better absorbed resulting in a smooth ride and superior handling.

Twin-Flex II

FLEX SEAT

You might have noticed that our seat stays are positioned much lower than is standard. We use this unique positioning for all of our frame sizes. We have found out that this unique angle creates a natural flex which not only provides extra comfort but also increases power transfer to your pedals. You will immediately notice a forward acceleration with each pedal stroke.

Flex Seat

SIDE-STAY

Known as the foundation of the Twin-Flex’s performance, the Side-Stay concept is responsible for the immediate and full transfer of power from the BB3 bottom bracket to the rear wheel. Thus meaning there is no loss of momentum between the bottom bracket and rear wheel. The bike literally propels you forward.
